"Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world.
He who understands it, earns it. . . he who doesn't. . . pays it."
- Albert Einstein
How do you know YOUR financial Future is secure?
Do you believe that the truth told to you, should be true? Are you like many other americans that have recently lost money in the stock market?
According to CNBC, "market experts say the current stock market losses wiped our $9 trillion from Americans' wealth."
Ask yourself the following questions:
Why did I invest in the market?
Why did my account lose money?
What have I learned?
These are just a few of the many questions you should be asking yourself when it comes to your financial future and passing on your legacy.
Most people follow the mainstream advice; invest your hard-earned money into tax-qualified plans like 401-k, 403-b, IRA's, etc. to "defer" taxes. What some fail to understand is that "Uncle Sam" will want his cut in the future. You did not avoid paying taxes, you simply delayed paying them until a future date. A future date, where you will most likely find that the taxes have increased from where they are today.
Another major issue for securing your financial well-being is, interest. Most people pay more in interest to use someone else's money or give up interest on the future growth of their money. This is done when you either take a loan or pay cash for major purchases.
When you evaluate the value an asset, do not get hung up on "rate of return" on your money. This is a term that can be used loosely among financial advisors. What the average investor, like you and I, need to understand is the benefit dollars can provide when exchanged for something wanted or needed.
You can only spend dollars. You CANNOT spend a "rate of return."
Ask yourself, when I need access to my money later in life, what will be more important: the "rate of return" or the size of your wealth pool available to you and your family?
We need to challenge the mainstream financial knowledge and find out what would work best for ourselves. What is important to you might not be important to the next person. We do know that wealth distribution far outways wealth accumulation. Americans are unknowingly transfering hundreds of thousands of dollars of their wealth to financial institutions and the government.
Those transfers can be recaptured, recovered, and strategically redeployed. This would shift the financial success back to the everyday American, like you and I.
We work with individuals, families and business to build a plan for the future that is guaranteed to be there for them when they need it. We help people, like you, understand the ins and outs of the changing financial world.
Here at Tivaldi, we believe the more people we can educate the closer we are to fixing the corruption in our current financial market.
